My name is Mike and I am a Silicon Valley native who has lived in Helsinki, Finland since the spring of 2010. Since moving to the Nordic region, I have worked with numerous companies, ranging from startups to publicly listed multi-nationals in helping them understand how to better capitalize on the opportunities the U.S. market has waiting for their business. I have helped European companies establish U.S. subsidiaries, develop smart go-to-market strategies, and connect with partners who have supported the success of their U.S. business operations.

In the spring of 2017 I began my career as an Angel investor. Having spent most of my life in the Silicon Valley, I was aware of the great opportunities that are presented to those who invest into the right startups from there. Thanks to the great people at Angel List, I now had a platform that would connect me to world class startups and investors. I have in vested in over 30 Founders who are building companies that will shape our future.

It is my goal to help those companies I support to internationalize their business. At the appropriate time I will work with Founders and help them exploit new business opportunities in the Nordics and elsewhere through my vast network of business leaders and in depth understanding of what it means for a business to grow internationally.
